I told him that me and my friends were going to be in the area and if he possibly wanted to meet up. I sent him this text last night and he hasn't replied! I don't know what I even said but I mean it didn't sound desperate right? Why do guys do that?! I just don't understand :(

Don’t be upset please! First off, he may not be avoiding or ignoring you, he might have just forgotten to reply or maybe he just hasn’t had the chance. Second off, if this guy doesn’t want to hang out with you, don’t beat yourself up over it. You’re going to meet so many people who think you’re awesome and want to spend tons of time on you, don’t lose sleep over the people who don’t.

Please remember this, you said NOTHING wrong. You said what was on your mind, and whether it came off desperate or not (which I don’t think it did) it’s what you’re thinking and what you wanted to say and you should be able to say anything on your mind and if someone doesn’t like it, then they’re not worth your time anyway.
